AD/CV Notices: New Admin Reviews, Silicomanganese, Steel Pipe, Transfer Drive Components

Admin Reviews Initiated. The International Trade Administration is initiating administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on carbon and certain alloy wire rod from Mexico and steel wire garment hangers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2014, through Sept., 30, 2015. The ITA intends to issue the final results of these reviews by Oct. 31, 2016.

Silicomanganese. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on silicomanganese from India for the period May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014, the ITA has determined that sales of subject goods by Nava Bharat Ventures Limited were not made at less than normal value. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from Nava during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from Nava that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 3.

Steel Pipe. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting Dec. 11 in Washington, D.C., to hold a preliminary vote in its will be held on AD/CV injury investigations on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam.
