Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Sept. 1, 2010, through Aug. 31, 2011.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 112.41% for Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co. Ltd. This rate will be used to determine AD duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD duties at this rate will be required for shipments of subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 16.

Commodity: Seamless refined copper pipe and tube.
Country: Mexico.
Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the eriod Nov. 1, 2011, through Oct. 31, 2012, with respect to IUSA S.A. de C.V., Luvata Juarez S. de R.L. de C.V., and Luvata Monterrey S. de R.L. de C.V.
Details: For these companies AD duties will be assessed at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
