Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2010, through Oct. 31, 2011.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 75.36% for Papierfabrik August Koehler AG. This rate will be used to determine AD duties assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 18.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties on all entries of subject merchandise during this period at rates equal to the CV cash deposit required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
