Nature of Notice: Issuance of antidumping and countervailing duty orders, effective April 11.
Product Description: The products covered by this order are drawn stainless steel sinks with single or multiple drawn bowls, with or without drain boards, whether finished or unfinished, regardless of type of finish, gauge or grade of stainless steel, and whether or not sold in conjunction with non-subject accessories such as faucets (attached or unattached), strainers, strainer sets, rinsing baskets, bottom grids or other accessories. Mounting clips, fasteners, seals, and sound-deadening pads are also covered if they are included within the sales price of the sinks. Stainless steel sinks with multiple drawn bowls that are joined through a welding operation to form one unit are covered. Subject items are classified under HTSUS 7324.10.000 and 7324.10.0010.
Duty Rates: Weighted average dumping margins that will be used to determine AD duties range from 27.14% to 76.53%. Net subsidy rates that will be used to determine CV duties range from 4.80% to 12.26%.

Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2010.
Details: Net subsidy rate of 12.06% for New King Shan (Zhu Hai) Co. Ltd. This rate will be used to determine CV duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review and CV cash deposit requirements for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 11.
