Nature of Notice: Initiation of administrative reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on the following products for the periods Feb. 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2013 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012 (CV).
- frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China and Vietnam (AD)
- stainless steel bar from Brazil, India and Japan (AD)
- low enriched uranium from France (AD)
- preserved mushrooms from China and India (AD)
- cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from Korea (AD/CV)
- small diameter graphite electrodes from China (AD)
- uncovered innerspring units from China (AD)

Agency: International Trade Administration/International Trade Commission.
Commodity: Diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated steel flat-rolled products.
Country: Japan.
Nature of Notice: New AD petitions filed March 27.

Agency: International Trade Administration.
Commodity: Laminated woven sacks.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 91.73% for the China-wide entity (including Zibo Aifudi Plastic Packaging Co. Ltd.). AD duties at this rate will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise made during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for shipments of subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 29.

Commodity: Corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products.
Country: Korea.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1, 2010, through Dec. 31, 2010. Details: Net subsidy rates of 0.12%, 0.16% and 0.19%, which are all de minimis. No CV duties will therefore be assessed on entries of subject merchandise from the reviewed exporters made during the period of review, and since this order has been revoked there are no longer any CV cash deposit requirements.

Nature of Notice: Determination to conduct full sunset review of antidumping duty order.
