Activity Tracking Devices. The International Trade Commission has terminated investigation 337-TA-973 of wearable activity tracking devices, systems and components thereof with respect to certain patent claims asserted by complainant Fitbit Inc.

Touchscreen Controllers. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-957 of touchscreen controllers and products containing the same based on a settlement between complainant Synaptics Incorporated and the respondents, which are located in China and the U.S.

Electronic Devices. The ITC has extended until Oct. 4 the target date for completing patent infringement investigation 337-TA-953 of wireless standard compliant electronic devices, including communication devices and tablet computers.

Audio Processing Hardware. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-949 of audio processing hardware and software and products containing same after complainant Andrea Electronics Corp. withdrew its complaint with respect to the last remaining respondent.
