Renewable Energy to be Subject of January Meeting

The International Trade Administration’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee will hold an open meeting Jan. 23 in Washington, D.C. This committee provides advice from the private sector on the development and administration of programs and policies to enhance the international competitiveness of the U.S. renewable energy and energy efficiency industries. The meeting will consider and vote on proposed recommendations from the U.S. Competitiveness, Trade Policy, Finance and Trade Promotion Subcommittees that address issues affecting U.S. competitiveness in exporting renewable energy and energy efficiency products and services. Members of the public wishing to attend this meeting must notify the ITA by 5:00 p.m. EST on Jan 20.
