Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has postponed from Aug. 17 to Oct. 6 the deadline for issuing a preliminary determination in its antidumping duty investigations of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada, China, India and Oman. The petitioners requested this postponement to give the ITA time to further develop the record through additional questionnaires, which the petitioners will need time to analyze and possibly comment on. Alleged dumping margins in these proceedings are 96.30 percent to 102.99 percent for Canada, 193.48 percent to 206.42 percent for China, 19.41 percent for India, and 116.91 percent to 120.05 percent for Oman.
