Application to Remove OFAC Block on Assets Under Review

The Treasury Department is accepting through Feb. 29 comments on the proposed extension of form TD F 90-22.54. Assets blocked pursuant to sanctions administered by Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control may be released only through a specific license issued by OFAC, and use of this form to apply for such a license has been mandatory since February 2000.
