Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board is accepting through July 1 comments on an application from the Koochiching Economic Development Authority, grantee of FTZ 259, requesting authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area would be Koochiching County, Minn., within and adjacent to the International Falls U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. This application would have no impact on FTZ 259’s previously authorized subzone.
