Nature of Notice: Postponement of preliminary determinations in AD investigations.

Details: The ITA has postponed from Oct. 23 to Dec. 12 its deadline to issue preliminary determinations in these investigations.

Commodity: Certain lined paper products.

Country: India.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of CV administrative review.

Details: The ITA has preliminarily calculated a net subsidy rate of 2.94% for one exporter in this review, which covers the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011. CBP will preliminarily assess CV duties on all appropriate entries using this rate, which will also be used to determine new CV cash deposit requirements.

Commodity: Non-oriented electrical steel.

Countries: China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden and Taiwan.

Nature of Notice: Initiation of AD and CV injury investigations.

Details: The schedule for the preliminary phase of these investigations is as follows: a conference will be held on Nov. 6, written comments may be submitted by Nov. 12 and the ITC will issue its preliminary determination by Dec. 2 (a vote has been scheduled for that date).
