IPR Enforcement: Windscreen Wipers, Nursing Bras, Bathtub Components

Windscreen Wipers. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-964 of windscreen wipers and components thereof, without the imposition of import restrictions, based on a settlement agreement between complainant Trico Products Corporation and the respondents.

Nursing Bras. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-988 of nursing bras that allow for hands-free pumping, the ITC has found three respondents from China to be in default for failure to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Overflow and Drain Assemblies. The ITC has terminated two respondents from patent infringement investigation 337-TA-993 of overflow and drain assemblies for bathtubs and components thereof based on consent orders with complainant WCM Industries Inc.
