Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

HEDP. The International Trade Administration has postponed its preliminary dumping determination on 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-diphosphonic acid from China from Sept. 7 to Oct. 27 because this case is extraordinarily complicated.

Ammonium Nitrate. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on solid fertilizer grade ammonium nitrate from Russia for the period April 1, 2015, through March 31, 2016, because the petitioners withdrew their request for review. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Cold-Rolled Steel. The International Trade Commission has made final affirmative AD injury determinations on cold-rolled steel flat products from Brazil, India, Korea, and the United Kingdom and final affirmative CV injury determination on such goods from Brazil, India, and Korea. As a result, the ITA will issue AD and/or CV duty orders on these goods.

The ITC also made final affirmative AD and CV injury determinations on cold-rolled steel flat products from Russia but determined that imports of such goods are negligible. As a result, the ITA will not issue AD or CV duty orders on such goods.

Rubber. The ITC has made preliminary affirmative AD injury determinations on emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from Brazil, Korea, Mexico, and Poland.
