The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved the establishment of subzone 262A at the Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation facilities in Olive Branch, Greenwood and Jackson, Miss.

The FTZ Board has also authorized production activity under zone procedures at the Orbital Sciences Corporation facilities within site 10 of FTZ 75 in Gilbert, Ariz., which are used for the production of satellites and spacecraft launch vehicles. This authorization is subject to a restriction that all foreign inputs included in textile categories (classified within HTSUS 5601.21 and 5607.50) used in the production activity must be admitted to the zone in privileged foreign status or domestic (duty-paid) status.
