The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved a request on behalf of VT Halter Marine Inc. to add a site to subzone 92A in Pascagoula, Miss.

The FTZ Board has received an application from the South Carolina State Ports Authority, grantee of FTZ 38, requesting subzone status for the Springsteen Logistics LLC facilities in Rock Hill and Fort Lawn, S.C. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Sept. 28.

The FTZ Board has received from Takasago International Corporation (USA), an operator of FTZ 37, a notification of proposed production activity for its facility in Harriman, N.Y. Takasago already has authority to produce fragrance compounds within site 10 of FTZ 37 and the current request would add foreign-status materials to the scope of authority. Comments on this notification are due no later than Sept. 28.
