FTZ Board Moves to Create New Subzones in Three States

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved the establishment of subzone 119L at the CNH Industrial America LLC facility in Benson, Minn., which was recently approved for production under zone procedures of agricultural equipment and related subassemblies and attachments.

The FTZ Board has also received applications from (a) Tunica County, Miss., grantee of FTZ 287, requesting subzone status for the FTZ Networks Inc. facility in Olive Branch, Miss., and (b) the Salt Lake City Corporation, grantee of FTZ 30, requesting subzone status for the Cabela’s Inc. facility in Tooele, Utah. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time in either case. Comments on these requests are due no later than March 7.
