FTZ Subzone in Long Beach Seeks to Expand

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Port of Long Beach, Calif.,, grantee of FTZ 50, an application to expand subzone 50H by 5.02 acres at the Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company LLC facilities in Long Beach. No changes to the subzone’s existing production authority have been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Sept. 6.
