FTZ Board Considers New Conn. Subzone, Approves Subzone in S.C.

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Bridgeport Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 76, a request for subzone status for the MannKind Corporation facilities in Danbury, Conn. Comments on this request are due no later than Dec. 31. A notification of proposed production activity has also been submitted and will be published separately for public comment.

The FTZ Board has approved the establishment of subzone 38J at the Springsteen Logistics LLC facilities in Rock Hill and Fort Lawn, S.C.
