FTZ Board Approves New Subzone, Production Authority for Golf Club, Solar Panel Facilities

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently authorized the following.

- the establishment of subzone 61O as the Roger Electric Corporation facility in Bayamon, Puerto Rico

- production under zone procedures at the Mizuno USA Inc. facility within site 31 of FTZ 26 in Braselton, Ga., which is used for golf club assembly

- production under zone procedures at the Global Solar Energy Inc. facility in Tucson, Ariz., which is used for the production of thin film photovoltaic solar cells, strings, panels and photovoltaic-coated stainless steel rolls based on copper-indium-gallium-diselenide technology
