Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from Givaudan Fragrances Corporation, an operator of FTZ 44, a notification of proposed production activity at its facility in Mount Olive, N.J. Givaudan already has authority to produce fragrance compounds within site 1 of FTZ 44 and the current request would add foreign-status materials to the scope of authority. The components and materials sourced from abroad include lactic acid salts and esters, tartaric acid salts and esters, and acridine and indole. Comments on this notification are due no later than April 27.
