The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved expanded production authority under zone procedures at the Bauer Manufacturing Inc. facility within FTZ 265 in Conroe, Texas. Bauer already had authority to produce pile drivers and leads, boring machinery, foundation construction equipment, foundation casings, related parts and sub-assemblies, and tools and accessories for pile drivers and boring machinery at this facility and under existing authority voluntarily admits all foreign-origin steel products subject to antidumping and countervailing duty orders in domestic (duty-paid) status. Bauer has now been granted authority to admit such steel products to the zone in privileged foreign status.
