The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has authorized production under zone procedures at the Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. facility within FTZ subzone 181B in Sebring, Ohio, which is used for the production of high-voltage automatic circuit breakers.

The FTZ Board has received from Samsung Austin Semiconductor LLC a notification of proposed production activity for its facility within subzone 183B in Austin, Texas. Samsung already has authority to produce semiconductor memory devices for export within this subzone, and the current request would add foreign status copper sulfate and hexachlorosilane to the scope of authority. Comments on this request are due no later than June 23.
