FTZ in Tennessee Seeks to Expand

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Chattanooga Chamber Foundation, grantee of FTZ 134, a request for authority to reorganize and expand this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area would be Hamilton, Marion, Grundy, Warren, Sequatchie, Bledsoe, Rhea, Meigs, Bradley, Polk and McMinn counties, within and adjacent to the Chattanooga U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. Comments on this request are due no later than June 2.
