The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Onondaga County Office of Economic Development, grantee of FTZ 90, a notification of proposed production activity at the PPC Broadband Inc. facility in Dewitt, N.Y. PPC Broadband already has authority to produce coaxial cable connectors within subzone 90C, and the current request would add a finished product (coaxial jumper cables with connectors) and an input (coaxial cable) to the scope of authority. Comments on this notification are due no later than Oct. 6.

The FTZ Board has also approved:

- the establishment of subzone 7O at the Neolpharma Inc. facility in Caguas, Puerto Rico (comments on a separate notification of proposed production activity at this facility are due by Sept. 29); and

- the establishment of subzone 163D at the Correa Tire Distributor Inc. facility in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
