The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Board of County Commissioners of Doña Ana County, N.M., grantee of FTZ 197, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The current zone includes three sites in Santa Teresa and Las Cruces, whereas the proposed service area under the ASF would be the entirety of Doña Ana County, within and adjacent to the Santa Teresa U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. Comments on this application are due no later than April 1.
