The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the St. Louis County Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 102, a request for subzone status for the H-J Enterprises Inc./H-J International Inc. facilities in High Ridge, Mo. Comments on this request are due no later than Dec. 22. A notification of proposed production activity has also been submitted and is being processed.

The FTZ Board has received from the City of Palmdale, Calif., grantee of FTZ 191, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area includes portions of Los Angeles County and is adjacent to the Los Angeles/Long Beach U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. This application would have no impact on FTZ 191’s previously authorized subzone. Comments on this request are due no later than Jan. 11, 2016.
