FTZ Board Asked to Expand Florida Subzone, Grants Authority at Printing Plate Facility

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application from the City of Tampa, grantee of FTZ 79, requesting two additional sites for subzone 79C in Dade City and Leesburg, Fla. No authorization for production activity has been requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Aug. 6.

Separately, the FTZ Board has authorized production activity under zone procedures at the Southern Lithoplate Inc. facility within FTZ 189 in Grand Rapids, Mich., which is used for the production of aluminum offset printing plates for the printing industry.
