Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the County of Erie, grantee of FTZ 23, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area would be Erie County, N.Y., within and adjacent to the Buffalo U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. The application would have no impact on FTZ 23’s previously authorized subzones. Comments on this request are due no later than Jan. 20, 2015.
