The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received from the Municipality of Anchorage, Alaska, grantee of FTZ 160, a request for authority to reorganize this zone under the alternative site framework. The proposed service area would be the municipality of Anchorage, within and adjacent to the Anchorage U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. The applicant also requests authority to reorganize its existing zone project to include all of the existing sites as magnet sites. No subzones/usage-driven sites are being requested at this time. Comments on this request are due no later than Nov. 29.
