Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Environmental Protection Agency is soliciting additional input through Jan. 22 on the proposed renewal of EPA Form 3520-21, a declaration form for importers of non-road engines and recreational vehicles. This form is required for any importer to legally import non-road vehicles or engines into the United States. The information collected is used to verify that merchandise subject to federal emissions requirements has been declared upon entry or that the category of exclusion or exemption from emissions requirements has been identified in the declaration.
