Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has determined that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders on ferrovanadium classified under HTSUS 7202.92.00 from China and South Africa would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The scope of these orders covers all ferrovanadium regardless of grade, chemistry, form, shape or size. The International Trade Commission will proceed with its own investigation to determine whether revocation would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. These orders will be extended for an additional five years if the ITC issues an affirmative determination but will be rescinded if the ITC issues a negative determination.
