U.S. Customs and Border Protection is accepting comments on the proposed extension without change of the following information collections.

Declaration for Free Entry of Unaccompanied Articles (CBP Form 3299): The information on this form is needed to support claims for duty-free entry of personal and household effects that enter the U.S. but do not accompany the owner or importer on arrival. (comments due by April 26)

Application for Identification Card (CBP  Form 3078): This form is used to obtain an identification card used to access CBP security areas and is usually completed by licensed cartmen or lightermen whose duties require receiving, transporting or otherwise handling imported merchandise that has not been released from CBP custody. It is submitted to the local CBP office at the port of entry that the respondent will be requesting access to. (comments due by March 28)
