Brazil Revises Guidelines on Authorized Economic Operator Program

Recently revised guidelines have made a number of changes to Brazil’s Authorized Economic Operator (OEA) program. For example, the new OEA-P (full) certification will combine the OEA-C (compliance) and OEA-S (security) certifications already available, and applications for OEA-C and OEA-P will be accepted beginning March 1. There have also been changes with respect to admissibility and eligibility requirements, customs brokers, and reviews of certified companies. Click here for more details.
