Defense Trade Treaty with Australia Effective May 16

The State Department has announced that a previously issued final rule amending the International Traffic in Arms Regulations to implement the Defense Trade Cooperation Treaty between the United States and Australia was effective as of May 16, the date that treaty entered into force. This rule also identifies via a supplement the defense articles and defense services that may not be exported pursuant to this treaty.
