ATMs. The International Trade Commission has terminated patent infringement and false advertising investigation 337-TA-958 of automated teller machines and point of sale devices and components thereof, without the imposition of import restrictions, based on the withdrawal of the complaint by Everi Payments Inc.

Air Mattresses. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-971 of air mattress systems, components thereof and methods of using the same with respect to one patent claim asserted by complainants Select Comfort Corporation and Select Comfort SC Corporation.

Arrowheads. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-977 of arrowheads with deploying blades and components thereof and packaging therefor with respect to one respondent and certain patent claims asserted by complainant FeraDyne Outdoors LLC.
