Agency: ITA.

Commodity: New pneumatic off-the-road tires.

Country: China.

Nature of Notice: Court decision not in harmony and amended final CV determination.

Details: The U.S. Court of International Trade recently sustained the results of a remand redetermination issued by the DOC. Accordingly, the DOC has amended the final results of its original CV duty investigation of subject merchandise with respect to the net countervailable subsidy calculated for Tianjin United Tire & Rubber International Co. Ltd.

Agency: ITA.

Commodity: Silica bricks and shapes.

Country: China.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative determination in AD investigation.

Details: The DOC has determined that imports of subject merchandise are being, or are likely to be, sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The final weighted-average dumping margins are 63.81% for certain Chinese exporters/producers and 73.10% for the China-wide entity. If the ITC issues a final affirmative injury determination in this case, the DOC will issue an AD duty order and instruct CBP to collect AD cash deposits on imports of subject merchandise at those rates.
