Commodity: Lightweight thermal paper.

Countries: China and Germany.

Nature of Notice: Final determinations in AD/CV sunset reviews.

Details: The ITC has determined that revocation of the AD and CV duty orders on subject merchandise from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. Accordingly, the ITA will extend these orders for an additional five years. On the other hand, the ITC has determined that revoking the AD duty order on subject merchandise from Germany would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this AD duty order will be revoked.

Commodity: Certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate.

Country: Korea.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of AD administrative review.

Details: The DOC has preliminarily established a dumping margin of 0.56% for imports of subject merchandise from three producer/exporters during the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014. If these results are finalized, CBP will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries using this rate, which will also be used to determine new AD cash deposit requirements.

Commodity: Stainless steel bar.

Country: Brazil.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has preliminarily calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00% for Villares Metals S.A. If these results are finalized, CBP will not assess AD duties or impose cash deposit requirements on applicable entries of subject merchandise.
