Commodity: Steel concrete reinforcing bar.

Countries: Belarus, China, Indonesia, Latvia, Moldova, Poland and Ukraine.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative determinations in sunset reviews of AD duty orders.

Details: The ITC has determined that revoking the existing AD duty orders on subject merchandise would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be renewed for an additional five years.

Agency: ITA.

Commodity: Diamond sawblades and parts thereof.

Country: China.

Nature of Notice: Final results of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has calculated weighted-average dumping margins ranging from zero to 164.09% in this review, which covers the period Nov. 1, 2010, through Oct. 31, 2011. CBP will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries using these rates, which will also be used to determine new AD cash deposit requirements. CBP will not assess AD duties or impose cash deposit requirements on entries subject to a zero rate.

Commodity: Fresh garlic.

Country: China.

Nature of Notice: Final results of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has calculated weighted-average dumping margins ranging from zero to $4.71/kg in this review, which covers the period Nov. 1, 2010, through Oct. 31, 2011. CBP will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries using these rates, which will also be used to determine new AD cash deposit requirements. CBP will not assess AD duties or impose cash deposit requirements on entries subject to a zero rate.
