Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

In a sunset review, the International Trade Administration has determined that revoking the antidumping duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from China and terminating the suspended AD duty investigations of such goods from Russia and Ukraine would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order and these suspension agreements will shortly be continued for five years.
