ITC Pushes Back AD/CV Proceedings Due to Government Shutdown

The International Trade Commission has issued notice that all statutory deadlines pertaining to antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews will be tolled 16 calendar days due to the recent federal government shutdown. Additionally, the ITC is revising the scheduled dates for conferences in preliminary phase investigations and the submission of post-conference briefs, as follows.

- monosodium glutamate from China and Indonesia (AD/CV): conference on Oct. 23, post-conference briefs due by Oct. 28

- grain-oriented electrical steel from China, the Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Korea, Poland and Russia (AD/CV): conference on Oct. 25, post-conference briefs due by Oct. 30

- non-oriented electrical steel from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden and Taiwan (AD/CV): conference on Nov. 6, post-conference briefs due by Nov. 12
