Nature of Notice: Amended preliminary determination in CV investigation.

Details: The ITA has amended its preliminary determination in this investigation to correct significant ministerial errors. The ITA has also amended the scope of the investigation in response to comments submitted following the publication of the preliminary determination. The preliminary subsidy rates in this proceeding are 11.74% for GITI Tire (Fujian) Co. Ltd. and certain cross-owned companies and 12.03% for all other companies.

Nature of Notice: Final results of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has established dumping margins of 18.13% and 184.41% for subject merchandise produced and exported by Dubai Wire FZE and Precision Fasteners LLC, respectively, during the period Nov. 3, 2011 through April 30, 2013. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will assess AD duties on all appropriate entries using these rates, which will also be used to determine new AD cash deposit requirements.

Country: The Netherlands.

Nature of Notice: Final results of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has established a dumping margin of zero percent for subject merchandise produced and exported by Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals B.V. during the period July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013. U.S. Customs and Border Protection will not assess AD duties or require cash deposits on appropriate entries.
