Countries: Brazil, China and the United Arab Emirates.

Nature of Notice: Final determinations in AD sunset reviews.

Details: The ITC has determined that revocation of the AD duty orders on subject merchandise from China and the UAE would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. Accordingly, the ITA will extend these orders for an additional five years. On the other hand, the ITC has determined that revoking the AD duty order on subject merchandise from Brazil would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this AD duty order will be revoked.

Countries: Korea, Malaysia, Oman, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary determinations in AD investigations.

Details: The DOC has preliminarily determined that subject merchandise from Korea, Malaysia, Oman and Vietnam has been sold in the U.S. at dumping margins ranging from 2.13% to 12.38%, 2.14% to 39.35%, 9.07%, and 93.42% to 323.99%, respectively. On the other hand, the ITA issued a preliminary negative dumping determination with respect to subject merchandise from Taiwan.

Country: China.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative CV determination.

Details: The ITA has established subsidy rates ranging from 27.64% to 49.79% in this investigation. If the ITC issues a final affirmative injury determination in this case, the ITA will issue a CV duty order and require CV cash deposits at these rates.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative AD determination.

Details: The ITA has established dumping margins ranging from 26.71% to 165.04% in this investigation. If the ITC issues a final affirmative injury determination in this case, the ITA will issue an AD duty order and require AD cash deposits at these rates.

Nature of Notice: Final affirmative AD determination.

Details: The ITA has established dumping margins ranging from 11.45% to 27.55% in this investigation. If the ITC issues a final affirmative injury determination in this case, the ITA will issue an AD duty order and require AD cash deposits at these rates.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of AD administrative review.

Details: The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of Shanghai Lian Li Paper Products Co. Ltd. for the period Sept. 1, 2013, through Aug. 31, 2014 because the petitioners withdrew their request for a review. As a result, the cash deposit rate for subject merchandise from this company will continue to be the rate established in the most recently completed administrative review.

Nature of Notice: Initiation of AD/CV administrative reviews.

Details: The ITA has launched administrative reviews of the AD/CV duty orders on the following products for the periods Nov. 1, 2013, through Oct. 31, 2014 (AD) and Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013 (CV), unless otherwise indicated. Final results of these reviews are anticipated by Nov. 30, 2015.

- lightweight thermal paper from Germany (AD)

- polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from China (AD), India (AD; July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014; CV) and the UAE (AD)

- certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea and Mexico (AD)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico (AD)

- certain cut-to-length carbon steel from China (AD)

- diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China (AD)

- fresh garlic from China (AD)
