Chlorinated Isocyanurates. In the final results of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of 75.78 percent to 285.63 percent for China and 24.83 percent for Spain.

Sunset Reviews. The International Trade Commission has determined to conduct full sunset reviews of the following antidumping and/or countervailing duty orders.

- coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia (AD/CV)

- iron construction castings from Brazil (AD), Canada (AD) and China (AD/CV)

- seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico (AD)

Separately, the ITC has determined to expedite its sunset review of the AD and CV duty orders on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line and pressure pipe from China.

These reviews will result in either the continuation or revocation of these orders.

Magnesia Carbon Bricks. In its sunset reviews of the AD/CV duty orders on magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico, the ITC has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.
