Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports that as of July 16 the following functionality was to have been deployed to production in the Automated Commercial Environment.

- foreign-trade zone entries (type 06) that include antidumping/countervailing duties may be filed in ACE (this fix properly writes the AD/CV data to the Automated Commercial System for payment and AD/CV processing)

- entry summaries filed for expedited release shipments (which are identified by the expedited release indicator) will begin enforcing the requirement to submit Food and Drug Administration and/or National Highway Traffic Safety Administration data on the entry summary (entry summaries not properly supplying this data will now reject)
