ACE Cargo Release Available Now at All Air, Rail and Ocean Ports, Soon at All Truck Ports

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has provided the following update on the availability of ACE cargo release processing.

* Available for use in production after successful CERT testing. No OGA or PGA data can be submitted on an entry summary certified for cargo release at this time.

CBP states that those filers not yet set up for ACE cargo release should (a) check with their software vendors to make sure they are certified for it and (b) contact their assigned ABI client representative once advised by the software vendor that they are ready to file.
