Reorganization and Expansion Sought for Arizona Zone. The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has received an application from the Greater Yuma Economic Development Corporation, grantee of FTZ 219, requesting authority to reorganize and expand this zone under the alternative site framework. The grantee’s proposed service area under the ASF would be all of Yuma County, Ariz., within and adjacent to the San Luis U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry. The applicant is also requesting that existing site 3 be removed from the zone project due to changed circumstances. Comments on this application are due no later than March 20.
