Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China for the period June 1, 2009, through May 31, 2010. The dumping margin for all three reviewed exporters is 10.03%. This margin will be used to determine AD duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD duty cash deposits at this rate will be required for entries of subject merchandise on and after Jan. 17.

The ITA has also rescinded this review with respect to Tainshui Hailin Import and Export Corporation and any manufacturer other than Hailing Bearing Factory or its successor-in-interest, Gansu Hailin Zhongke Science and Technology Co. Ltd.
