Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2009, through July 31, 2010. These results establish dumping margins of 0.8% for one respondent and 3.20% for the other. These margins will be used to determine AD duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD duty cash deposits at these rates will be required for entries of subject merchandise on and after Jan. 12.
