No Patent Infringement by Video Game Systems. The International Trade Commission has terminated with a determination of no violation patent infringement investigation 337-TA-743 of certain video game systems and controllers. However, the ITC has also issued an opinion on two issues in the presiding administrative law judge’s initial determination: a statement connecting the relevant level of skill in the art to the skill of the inventors, and the relevant time frame for considering whether a domestic industry exists or is in the process of being established.
