Changed Circumstances Review of Uranium from France. The International Trade Administration has initiated a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on low enriched uranium from France. The petitioner has asked the ITA to extend by 18 months the deadline for reexporting one shipment of LEU in light of a temporary shutdown of a Japanese customer due to the March 2011 earthquake and tsunami.
